Focus Capital Group Ltd. (FCG) is a private investment firm focusing primarily on emerging technologies in the automotive and smart mobility spaces.

Our Story

FCG was founded in 1988 by serial entrepreneur and investor Meir Arnon after his first successful company, New Dimension Software Co., went public on NASDAQ and was later sold to BMC Software. Over the past three decades FCG has invested in distressed, publicly traded industrial firms, leveraging an expert turnaround management and restructuring strategy.

In recent years, FCG has been primarily focusing on smart mobility.

The automotive and mobility space is currently undergoing massive industry shifts with the introduction of new and disruptive technologies. FCG now centers its efforts on bringing such innovative technologies to global automotive OEM leaders and Tier 1 companies.

FCG has quickly grown to be a leading investment firm in the global smart mobility space, making strategic investments in promising start-ups such as AeroMobil, LeddarTech, and others.
