Our Story
Focus Capital Group was founded in 1988 by serial entrepreneur, investor and startup adviser Meir Arnon after his first successful company, New Dimension Software Co., went public on the NASDAQ and was later sold to BMC Software. FCG has invested in distressed, publicly traded industrial firms, leveraging an expert turnaround management and restructuring strategy. In recent years, FCG has been primarily focusing on the automotive and mobility space, which is undergoing massive industry shifts with the introduction of new and disruptive technologies.
